It can also lead to cognitive impairment, confusion, and depressive symptoms.

You may not understand the salt by tasting a food. For this, make sure that the following additives are not present on the label: Monosodium glutamate (MSG), baking soda, Disodium phosphate, Sodium alginate, Sodium nitrate, or nitrite.

Packaged products have high salt content, so consume them carefully.
Do not consume too many pickles, pickled foods, and delicatessen products.
